摘要
尿道下裂(hypospadias)是男性泌尿系统最常见的先天性畸形之一,而阴茎下弯是尿道下裂常见的伴随表现,阴茎下弯的矫正方式决定了尿道重建的方式。目前有关阴茎下弯的矫治策略仍存在诸多争议。本文回顾近几年发表的相关文献并结合自身临床经验对尿道下裂阴茎下弯矫治的策略选择进行系统阐述。
Hypospadias is one of the most common congenital malformations of male urinary system and penile curvature has been a frequent manifestation.The management of penile curvature determines the approaches of urethral reconstruction.Currently there are still wide controversies about the correction strategies of penile curvature.This review summarized the management of penile curvature associated with hypospadias in children based upon the relevant literatures and our own clinical experiences.
