摘要
如何在资源匮乏的环境中成长一直是困扰社会企业家和研究者许久的难题。现实中,社会企业经常通过资源拼凑突破困境,进而生产新产品、扩张新市场实现企业成长。已有研究发现,初创社会企业在使用拼凑时常常选择渐进成长路径。本文通过个案研究探寻其背后的拼凑策略选择逻辑,最终发现社会企业对社会价值和经济利益的选择与平衡将决定拼凑策略的选择。
How to develop in a resource-poor environment has long been a problem for social entrepreneurs and researchers.In reality,social enterprises often apply bricolage to break through dilemma,and then produce new products and expand new markets to achieve growth.Recent research finds that social start-ups often choose a gradual growth path when applying bricolage.This study aims at exploring the selection of bricolage strategy inside this path through case study.Finally find that the choice and balance of social value and economic benefit will determine the choice of bricolage strategy.
