摘要
针对自耗电极环形焊接、T型结晶器抽锭电渣重熔制备复合轧辊的过程,利用ANSYS软件,建立了三维有限元模型,对渣池中的电位、电流密度和温度场的分布,以及电极位置变化的影响进行了数值模拟。计算过程采用热电耦合法,并考虑了电场的集肤效应。模拟结果表明,集肤效应的最强位置和最大电流都集中在自耗电极的表面;高温区在自耗电极和辊芯之间;电极位置的变化对渣池的电流密度分布影响比较大,当自耗电极与辊芯的距离增加10 mm时,渣池内最高温度降低20 K,上层渣池的平均温度有所提高。最后对数值模拟结果进行试验验证。
According to the process of making composite roll by electroslag remelting with T-mold, consumable electrode ring welding and drawing, a three-dimensional finite element model is established by using ANSYS software. The distribution of potential, current density and temperature field in slag pool and the influence of electrode position change are numerically simulated. The method of thermoelectric coupling is used in the calculation, and the skin effect in the electric field model is considered. The results show that the strongest position of skin effect and the maximum current are concentrated on the surface of the consumable electrode. The high temperature zone is between the consumable electrode and the roll core. The change of electrode position has great influence on the current density distribution of slag pool. When the distance between the electrode and the roll core is increased by 10 mm, the maximum temperature in the slag pool is decreased by 20 K, and the average temperature in the upper slag pool is increased. Finally, the numerical simulation results are verified by experiments.
