Microstructures and Properties of Coating from Cemented Carbide on Surface of High Speed Steel by Vacuum Powder Sintering

摘要 研究了真空粉末烧结法在高速钢表面上复合硬质合金层的组织及性能,分析了硬质合金层组织和界面结构的特点、测试了表面硬质合金层和高速钢之间的结合强度、复合双金属材料常温及高温硬度、耐磨性能。结果表明,在1 280℃烧结,获得3 mm^5 mm厚度的硬质合金层,和钢基底间结合强度达到450 MPa,常温硬度为1 200 HV,700℃时硬度保持900 HV,具有较高的热强性和良好的耐磨性能。 The microstructures and properties of coating from cemented carbide on the surface of H13 steel by vacuum powder sintering were studied. The interface characteristics and bonding strength between coating and high - speed steel suhstrate, the microhardness at variety temperature and wear resistance of high+speed steel-cemented carbide composites were analyzed. The results indicate that coating from cemented carbide with thickness of 3-Smm by vacuum powder sintering at 1 280℃ was obtained. The bonding strength was 450Mpa of interfacial bonding between coating and substrate. The micro-hardness were HV1200 and HV900 at room temperature and 700 ℃respectively. The wear resistance and high temperature strength were favorable.
