摘要
飞机的重量、重心特性是飞机调试和性能测试的关键环节,关系到飞机的载荷、性能、操稳、颤振等关键指标,而其测量方法直接影响到飞机的成本、使用、维修和安全性等多方面。通过对一种飞机数字化柔性称重系统的测量方法的分析和解读,定制了全新的测量模式和测量工艺流程,从飞机的柔性支撑、飞机自动调水平流程、重量重心测量方法、复称流程等关键环节着手,提出了高效的飞机重量、重心测量解决方案,极大地提高了测量效率和测量精度。
The weight and center of gravity characteristics of aircraft are the key links of aircraft commissioning and performance testing, which are related to the key indicators of aircraft load, performance, operation stability, flutter, etc., and their measurement methods directly affect the cost, use, maintenance, safety and other aspects of aircraft. Through to a plane flexible weighing system of digital measuring method of analysis and interpretation, customize the new patterns and measurement process, from the plane of the flexible support, aircraft automatic level, weight, center of gravity method, after said processes such as the key link, put forward the efficient aircraft weight, center of gravity measurement solution, greatly improves the measurement efficiency and accuracy of measurement.
