摘要
浮选矿浆的pH值在线检测由于受工艺条件的影响,测量精度和稳定性难以保障。本文介绍了基于滴定终点和光学分析的矿浆在线pH分析仪的开发和应用。以滴定测量的pH值作为反馈值,实现了铜硫浮选矿浆pH值的闭环控制和石灰乳添加量的自动调节,保障了浮选工艺指标的稳定性。
Due to the complex condition in the flotation slurry,the accuracy and stabilization of the pH measuring is hard to keep in a good level.The slurry pH analyzer is developed and applied in the Chengmenshan Copper Mine,which uses the optical transmitter to judge the titration reaction ending.With the measurement result of the analyzer,the flotation slurry pH to separate the copper from the sulphur is controlled in close-loop mode and the lime slurry is fed by automation.This gives a good assurance to the flotation process index.
