摘要
泡沫浮选是一种基于矿物颗粒表面物理化学性质差异来实现细颗粒矿物分选的技术。整个浮选过程所涉及的复杂物理化学反应都在浮选设备内进行,因此浮选设备的性能指标直接决定着浮选效果的优劣。文章回顾了早期浮选技术的发展历程,着重介绍数种现代应用较为广泛且技术先进的浮选设备,并对浮选设备及相关技术的发展趋势进行展望。
Froth flotation is a solid-liquid separation technique which utilizes the difference in surface properties of valuable minerals and gangue minerals.The flotation process is conducted in flotation cells of which its mechanical performance indeed determines the flotation effect.The development history of froth flotation is reviewed and several modern and advanced flotation equipment are thoroughly introduced,furthermore,the development trend and prospect of flotation equipment is induced.
