摘要
提升地方高校社会服务的积极性是推动地方高校转型发展,增强社会服务效果的必然要求。回顾L高校社会服务历程,学术性是地方高校开展社会服务的基础,政府推动是外部环境,社会责任、市场调节是原动力。地方高校社会服务要想获得持续动力,必须扎根学术性,同时从政策支持、责任强化、市场驱动三条道路均衡发展入手。
Improving the enthusiasm of local colleges in social services is an inevitable requirement for promoting the transformation and development of local colleges and enhancing the effectiveness of social services. Recalling the course of social service in L University, academicity is the basis for local colleges to develop social services, government promotion is the external environment, and social responsibility and market regulation are the driving forces. For local colleges and universities to obtain sustained momentum in social service, they must take root in academics. At the same time, they should start with the balanced development of the three paths of policy support, responsibility enhancement, and market drive.
