摘要
高校朋辈心理咨询因其咨访关系的特殊性与专业度要求的差异性,在双重关系、保密问题及咨询师胜任力方面面临伦理困境。为有效应对这些问题,其解决路径如下:倡导形成朋辈互助共同体理念,使其成为朋辈咨询师的自觉约束和持续动力;建立实用性伦理构架,为伦理问题的识别与分析提供有力支撑;基于胜任力构成要素加强对朋辈咨询师的培训,提升其胜任力;合力营造伦理环境,保持校园氛围处于和谐稳定的良性循环中。
Peer counseling has been encountered with ethical dilemma in terms of duel relationship,confidentiality and counsellors’competence due to its special counselling relations and the difference in the requirements for its expertise.In order to solve these problems,the solutions proposed are as following:forming the concept of peer support community and making it peer counsellors’self-conscious constraint and sustainable drive;establishing a practical ethical framework to support recognition of and analysis on ethical issues;enhance the training for peer counsellors on the basis of competency;work together to create an ethical environment in which campus atmosphere was kept in a positive cycle of harmony and stability.
