摘要
预应力空心板梁桥是我国中小跨径桥梁的主要桥型之一,探究其运营多年后的实际承载能力和加固方式具有重要的工程价值。基于现场拆除的空心板梁进行材性试验和足尺抗弯试验,分析其实际材料强度、承载能力和不同抗弯加固手段的效果。研究结果表明,既有空心板梁的材料强度和抗弯承载能力存在较大程度富余,粘贴钢板等加固措施能提升20%以上的抗弯承载能力。
Prestressed hollow slab girder bridge is one kind of the main bridges with medium and small span in China. It is of great engineer-ing value to explore the actual bearing capacity after years of operation and the reinforcement methods. Based on the material property testand full-scale bending test,the actual material strength,bearing capacity and the effect of different bending reinforcement methods are ana-lyzed. The results show that the material strength and bearing capacity of the existing hollow slab girder have a large margin,and the rein-forcement measures such as pasting steel plate can increase the flexural bearing capacity by more than 20%.
