混凝土空心板梁粘贴碳纤维加固效果的试验与数值分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究普通公路桥梁上部混凝土空心板梁采用粘贴碳纤维加固的效果,借助现场静力荷载试验和有限元数值模拟方法,对比了未加固与采用粘贴碳纤维法加固的混凝土空心板梁的极限承载力、跨中挠度及受拉区钢筋应变,试验和有限元模拟数值结果表明:粘贴碳纤维可以提高桥梁的荷载极限承载力达13.3%;通过粘贴碳纤维可以增加梁体抗弯刚度,且有效补强梁体受拉区钢筋抗拉强度,提高抵抗外界荷载的抗变形能力,空心板梁跨中挠度和钢筋应变减少幅度均达到了约30%,为增加梁体底部抗拉强度提供了安全储备。 In order to study the reinforcement effect of concrete hollow slab girder with pasting carbon fiber, comprehensive comparison analysis of concrete hollow slab girder with or without carbon fiber was conducted to investigate the ultimate bearing capacity, mid-span deflection and steel strains through static loading test and finite element method. The test and numerical calculation results show that pasting carbon fiber can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of bridge with 13.3% increase. Pasting carbon fiber at the bottom of girder can enhance the bending rigidity against deflection, and effectively improve the tensile strength of steel in tension area of girder, as well as the capacity against deformation of exterior load. Hence the mid-span deflection and steel strain reduced amplitude of girder can reach 30%. Therefore, pasting carbon fiber can provide more safe condition for tensile strength of bottom of girder body.
