“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生教育研究 被引量:5

Research on the Education of International Students from Countries Along the Belt and Road

摘要 随着“一带一路”倡议的实施,沿线国家逐渐成为来华留学生的主要生源国,我国迎来培养外国留学生的红利。然而从宏观角度看,我国的外国留学生教育事业也面临着政策制度建设滞后、地区发展不平衡、学科发展不均衡、留学生结构仍需优化、留学生获得感有待提升等挑战,需要完善相关制度建设做好顶层设计、统筹地区发展规划、提高教育能力强化文化软实力、坚持“以人为本”转变教育理念等,以此来进一步促进我国现在及未来外国留学生教育事业的长足健康发展,为“一带一路”沿线国家建设培养人才。 With the implementation of the Belt and Road national strategy,international students from countries along the route have gradually become the main force of Chinese students coming to China which has ushered in the demographic dividend of cultivating foreign students.However,from a macro point of view,China’s foreign student education is also faced with the challenges of lagging behind policy and system construction,unbalanced regional development,unbalanced discipline development.The structure of international students still needs to be optimized,and the sense of gain of international students’needs to be improved.It is necessary to improve the relevant system construction,do a good job in the top-level design,coordinate the regional development planning,improve the educational ability,and strengthen the cultural soft power.The concept of“people-oriented”is used to transform the educational concept,which will further promote the healthy development of our foreign and international education and cultivate friendly and loyal international supporters for the construction of countries along the Belt and Road.
