摘要
目的:分析老年高血压患者非药物治疗依从性及社会支持的关系,调查影响老年高血压患者非药物治疗依从性及社会支持的相关因素,为提高患者的非药物治疗依从性提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取南宁市西乡塘区5个社区264例老年高血压患者进行问卷调查,运用多因素logistic回归进行分析。结果:老年高血压患者社会支持与非药物治疗依从性呈正相关(r=0.606,P<0.001)。与子女关系、夫妻关系、合并其他慢性病和社会活动参与度是影响社区老年高血压患者社会支持水平的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:改善老年高血压患者社会支持水平有助于提高非药物治疗依从性。与子女关系、夫妻关系、合并其他慢性病和社会活动参与度是影响社会支持水平的独立因素。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between non-drug treatment compliance and social support in elderly patients with hypertension,and to investigate the related factors affecting non-drug treatment compliance and social support in elderly patients with hypertension,so as to provide reference for improving patients'non-drug treatment compliance.Methods:The stratified random sampling method was used to enroll 264 elderly patients with hypertension from 5 communities in Xixiangtang district,Nanning city.A questionnaire survey was conducted and multivariate logistic regression was used for analysis.Results:Social support in elderly patients with hypertension was positively correlated with non-drug treatment compliance(r=0.606,P<0.001).The relationship between patients and children,relationship between husband and wife,combination of other chronic diseases and participation in social activities were the influencing factors for the social support level of elderly patients with hypertension(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Improving the quality of social support in elderly patients with hypertension is helpful to improve compliance with non-drug therapy.The relationship between patients and children,relationship between husband and wife,other chronic diseases and participation in social activities were independent factors affecting the level of social support.
