摘要
目的探讨奥美沙坦酯对于老年高血压微量蛋白尿方面的疗效。方法于2018年7月至2020年7月我院接受治疗的老年高血压伴微量蛋白尿患者中随机选取50例作为研究对象,分为观察组(25例)与对照组(25例)。观察组使用奥美沙坦酯进行治疗,对照组则给予硝苯地平控释片进行治疗。对比两组治疗疗效。结果(1)两组患者治疗前后SBP与DBP比较:治疗后观察组SBP与DBP高于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗前后尿ALB比较:治疗后观察组患者尿ALB低于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗前后尿β2-MG与血β2-MG:治疗后观察组患者尿β2-MG与血β2-MG低于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论奥美沙坦酯具有能降低微量尿蛋白的效果,相比于硝苯地平控释片,奥美沙坦酯在控制血压方面的疗效偏低,但在降低微量尿蛋白的水平更高,这也意味着奥美沙坦酯的降低微量尿蛋白和降低血压的功效是相互独立的。
Objective To investigate the effect of olmesartan dipivoxil on microalbuminuria in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020,50 elderly patients with hypertension and microalbuminuria were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The observation group was treated with olmesartan axetil,while the control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)SBP and DBP of the two groups before and after treatment:after treatment,SBP and DBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of urine ALB between the two groups before and after treatment:after treatment,the urine ALB of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Urineβ2-MG and bloodβ2-MG of the two groups before and after treatment:after treatment,the urineβ2-MG and bloodβ2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Olmesartan dipivoxil has the effect of reducing microalbuminuria.Compared with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,olmesartan dipivoxil has lower efficacy in controlling blood pressure,but higher in reducing microalbuminuria,which means that olmesartan dipivoxil has independent effects on reducing microalbuminuria and blood pressure.
