摘要
天然橡胶种植户生产效率高低会直接影响我国民营橡胶产业的持续生存和发展。通过实地调研发现,近些年天然橡胶价格低位波动不断,导致天然橡胶种植户的生产积极性降低,从而减少了资金和劳动力投入,因此从要素投入角度已很难带来天然橡胶产出的增加。本研究以天然橡胶种植户为研究对象,运用DEA分析法和Malmquist生产率指数法对海南省儋州市和云南省景洪市固定观测点天然橡胶种植户的生产效率进行静态和动态分析,结果表明:天然橡胶种植户的生产效率整体偏低,这是由纯技术效率和规模效率综合作用导致的,而规模效率偏低为主要原因;天然橡胶种植户的全要素生产率指数呈现“提高—下降—提高”的不断波动趋势,这一差异主要是技术进步的差距造成的。我们的研究可以为相关政策制定提供有用的参考。
The production efficiency of natural rubber growers will directly affect the sustainable survival and development of the private rubber industry in China.Through the field research,it is found that due to the continuous low price fl uctuation of natural rubber in recent years,the natural rubber growers are not very motivated to produce,thereby reducing capital and labor input.It is difficult to bring about the increase of natural rubber output from the the perspective of factor input.Taking natural rubber growers as the research object,this study used DEA analysis method and Malmquist productivity index method to statically and dynamically analyze the production efficiency of natural rubber growers at fixed observation points in Danzhou City,Hainan Province and Jinghong City,Yunnan Province.The result showed that:(1)the overall production efficiency of natural rubber growers was low,which was caused by the combined effect of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and the low scale efficiency was the main reason;(2)the total factor productivity index of natural rubber farmers presented a constantly fl uctuating trend of"increasedecrease-increase",which was mainly caused by the gap in technological progress.The research findings can provide useful insights for policy making.
