Exploration of Personalized Model in Clinical Practice Teaching

摘要 临床实践是学生提高临床教学质量的需要,是现代课堂教学走向临床实习转变的需要,是培养专业技术实用型人才的关键步骤。由于医学具有实践性强的学科特点,临床实践更注重学生的临床诊疗思维能力的锻炼,以及尽早地培养与患者沟通的能力。临床实践教学在临床实用型人才快速发展和需求的驱动下,对个性化教学的“导师制”模式进行构建,将情景再现结合病例讨论模式引入医学临床实践教学中,不仅激发了学生的积极性、自主性,增强了学生作为医生的责任心,还增强了对患者人文关怀和处理医患关系的能力,取得了较好的教学效果。其结果可为我国临床实践教学提供一定参考依据,也可给全国各院校对临床实践能力的培养提供一定参考,同时推进了我国个性化临床实践的建设和发展对提升临床教学效果起到积极的作用。 Clinical practice is the need of students to improve the quality of clinical teaching.It is the need of modern classroom teaching to change into clinical practice.It is a key step in cultivating professional and technical talents.Because of the practical characteristics of medicine,clinical practice pays more attention to the training of students’clinical thinking and thinking ability,as well as the ability to communicate with patients as early as possible.Driven by the rapid development and demand of clinical practical talents,clinical practice teaching builds the“teacher system”model of personalized teaching,and introduces scene rendition and case discussion mode into medical clinical practice teaching,which not only stimulates students’enthusiasm,autonomy enhances the students’sense of responsibility as a doctor,and also enhances the patients’human care and ability to deal with the relationship between doctors and patients,and has achieved good teaching results.The results can provide a certain reference for clinical practice teaching in China,and can also provide some reference for the cultivation of clinical practice ability in colleges and universities across the country,and promote the construction and development of personalized clinical practice in China.It plays a positive role in improving the clinical teaching effect.
