摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定参芪博力康片中7种成分的的含量。方法采用Syncronis C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相:乙腈-2 mL·L^(-1)冰醋酸,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长分别为258(检测新芒果苷、芒果苷、异芒果苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷和芒柄花素)和320 nm(检测2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷)。结果 7种成分分别在11.38~284.50,6.57~164.25,0.79~19.75,3.91~97.75,3.07~76.75,7.69~192.25和9.86~246.50μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1);平均回收率分别为100.04%,99.25%,96.86%,98.73%,98.12%,97.73%和99.59%;RSD值分别为0.62%,0.75%,1.42%,0.96%,1.22%,0.92%和0.89%。结论该方法操作简便、重复性好,可用于参芪博力康片中多指标性成分的质量评价。
Objective To establish an HPLC method of 7 components in Shenqibolikang Tablets simultaneously.Methods The Syncronis C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column was used,with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-2 mL·L-1 acetic acid as a mobile phase in gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength were sat at 258(neomangiferin,mangiferin,isomangiferin,calycosin7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin and formononetin)and 320 nm(2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside).Results The 7 components showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 11.38-284.50,6.57-164.25,0.79-19.75,3.91-97.75,3.07-76.75,7.69-192.25,9.86-246.50μg·mL-1(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 100.04%,99.25%,96.86%,98.73%,98.12%,97.73%and 99.59%with the RSDs of 0.62%,0.75%,1.42%,0.96%,1.22%,0.92%and 0.89%,respectively.Conclusion The method is easy to operate and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of multiple indicator components in Shenqibolikang Tablets.
