摘要
采用冷轧堆工艺对亚麻织物进行前处理,探讨了氢氧化钠质量浓度、双氧水质量浓度、冷堆时间、活化剂质量浓度等对前处理效果的影响。结果表明,氢氧化钠质量浓度40~50 g/L、双氧水质量浓度70~80 g/L、活化剂质量浓度12~14 g/L、稳定剂质量浓度9~10 g/L、低温精练剂SOR质量浓度20 g/L,冷堆5~6 h,处理后亚麻织物的断裂强力达到588.5 N,白度71.7%,毛细效应达到9.6 cm。
Linen fabric is pretreated by cold padding process.The effects of sodium hydroxide concentra⁃tion,hydrogen peroxide concentration,cold stacking time,activator concentration on the properties of linen fabric are explored.The results show that sodium hydroxide concentration of 40~50 g/L,hydrogen peroxide concentration of 70~80 g/L,activator concentration of 12~14 g/L,stabilizer concentration of 9~10 g/L,low temperature refining agent SOR concentration 20 g/L and the cold batching time of 5~6 h,the breaking strength of the treated linen fabric reaches 588.5 N,the whiteness is 71.7%and the capil⁃lary effect reaches 9.6 cm.
