摘要
在微波条件下对亚麻织物进行壳聚糖改性预处理,并以微波辐射加热的无盐染色工艺对亚麻织物进行染色;对比了活性染料和直接染料的染色效果,讨论了壳聚糖改性亚麻织物的影响因素。结果表明,优化的改性工艺条件为:壳聚糖6%(omf),微波强度560W,处理时间60min,pH值3;经检测,微波无盐染色织物的K/S值均优于常规染色织物的K/S值,水洗牢度和日晒牢度与常规染色均无较大差距。
Microwave is used during pretreatment of linen fabric with chitosan,as well as salt-free dyeing of the modified linen. The dyeing results of reactive dyes and direct dyes are compared.The factors influencing modification of linen fabric with chitosan are discussed.The optimum conditions of modification are chitosan 6%(omf),microwave intensity 560 W,treatment time 60 min,pH3.The K/Svalue of linen fabic with microwave-assisted and salt-free dyeing method is higher than that of conventional dyeing sample,while the washing fastness and light fastness are similar to the conventional sample.
