摘要
随着世界经济的深度调整以及多种复杂因素的交织,全球价值链增长环境已经发生重大变化。通过对全球价值链正面临"逆全球化"的冲击和结构重构的挑战作出的判断,文章分析了全球价值链内涵演变,归纳了国家价值链、区域价值链、产业价值链和产品价值链生成的缘由,并对融入全球价值链的发展趋势作了透析。在此基础上,文章为区域经济或企业提出了融入全球价值链的方向性启示:提升产业发展能级,延伸全球产业价值链;培育区域性价值链"链主",参与全球价值链竞争;主动服务国家战略,提升在全球产业分工价值链的位置;借助新工业革命引擎,催生融入全球价值链机会窗口。
Growth environment of global value chain has changed greatly with the deep adjustment of world economy and the interweaving of many complex factors.By the judgment of global value chain facing the impact of"anti-globalization"and the challenge of structural reconstruction,this paper analyzes the connotation evolution of global value chain,summarizes the reasons of national value chain,regional value chain,industrial value chain and product value chain,and analyzes the development trend of integration into global value chain.Based on this,this paper puts forward the direction enlightenment for regional economy or enterprises to integrate into global value chain:enhance the industrial development level and extend the global industrial value chain;cultivate the regional value chain"chain master"and participate in global value chain competition;actively serve the national strategy and enhance the position in the global industrial division val-ue chain;with the help of the new industrial revolution engine,opportunity window for integration into the global value chain is created.
