摘要
目的探析B超监测下人工流产术后时即时放置不同类型宫内节育器(IUD)的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年12月徐州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的160例行B超监测下人工流产术后需放置IUD的患者作为研究对象。按照随机分类法将其分为A组(n=80)和B组(n=80),A组患者人工流产术后立即放置吉妮致美IUD,B组患者人工流产术后立即放置元宫型IUD,术后随访1年,观察两种节育器置入后对阴道出血时间、出血量的影响以及避孕效果的差别。结果与B组患者比较,A组患者的阴道出血时间更短,出血量更少,且不良反应发生率和带器妊娠率更低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论与B超监测下人工流产术后时即放置元宫型IUD比较,即时放置吉妮致美IUD能够有效缩短出血时间,减少出血量,有助于降低不良反应发生率和带器妊娠率,具有良好的避孕效果,有较高的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of immediate placement of different types of intrauterine device(IUD)after induced abortion under B-ultrasound monitoring.Methods A total of 160 patients with IUD after induced abortion under B-ultrasound monitoring,from Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center from September 2017 to December 2018,were selected.They were randomly classified into group A(n=80)and group B(n=80).Patients in group A were immediately placed Genie IUD after induced abortion,while patients in group B were immediately placed uterine-type IUD after artificial abortion.Results Compared with patients in group B,patients in group A had shorter duration of vaginal bleeding,less bleeding volume,and lower incidence of adverse reactions and pregnancy rates with the device,all of which were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the immediate placement of uterine-type IUD after induced abortion under B-ultrasound monitoring,the immediate placement of Genie IUD can effectively shorten the bleeding time,reduce the volume of bleeding,and help to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and pregnancy rate with IUD.It has good contraceptive effect and high clinical value.
