摘要
以课程思政教学改革为背景,初步探索“食品工程原理”课程思政元素,并对如何将课程思政与专业知识融合进行教学思考,以期为专业课程思政教学改革提供经验和参考。
Under the background of the teaching reform in the course of ideological and political education,this paper initially explored the elements of ideological and political education in the course of Principles of Food Engineering,and pondered how to combine ideological and political education with professional knowledge,with a view to professional courses ideological and political reform to provide experience and reference.
