摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)为主要反应单体,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为接枝剂,巯丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(MPTES)为封端剂,制备了一系列水性聚氨酯乳液(WPUHP)。红外测试证明了WPUHP乳液的成功合成;WPUHP胶膜接触角从77.9°提高到96.4°;吸水率从21.76%下降到16.85%;胶膜的拉伸强度由9.91 MPa提升到19.50 MPa,断裂伸长率由773.79%下降到327.25%。TGA测试结果表明,WPUHP胶膜的热稳定性显著提高。
With isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG)as main reactive monomers,pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as grafting agents,mercaptopropylene Base-triethoxysilane(MPTES)as an end-capping agent,a series of water-based polyurethane emulsions(WPUHP)are prepared.FTIR confirmed the successful preparation of WPUHP emulsion.The results show:contact angle of WPUHP films increases from 77.9°to 96.4°,water absorption decreases from 21.76%to 16.85%,tensile strength of the films increases from 9.91 MPa to 19.50 MPa and elongation at break decreases from 773.79%to 327.2%.TGA test indicates that thermal stability of WPUHP films is significantly improved.
