摘要
以聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为主要原料,端羟基聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷(PMTFPS)为改性剂,合成了一系列不同PMTFPS含量的聚氨酯。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、静态水接触角测试以及力学性能等测试对样品进行表征,研究了不同PMTFPS含量对胶膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:在表面张力的作用下,氟、硅元素向胶膜表面迁移、富集,从而降低材料的表面能,提高其水接触角;随着PMTFPS含量的增加,材料的拉伸强度增强;此外,材料的热稳定性也有所提高。
A series of polyurethane with different contents of poly[methyl(trifluoropropyl)siloxane](PMTFPS)were synthesized by using polytetrahydrofuran(PTMG)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as main raw materials and PMTFPS as modifier.The sample was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),static water contact angle and mechanical property test.The effects of different PMTFPS contents on the properties of the film were studied.The research results showed that under the action of surface tension,fluorine and silicon elements migrated and enriched to the surface of the film,which reduced the surface energy and improved the water contact angle of the material.With the increase of PMTFPS content,the tensile strength of the material increased at same time.In addition,the thermal stability of the material was improved as well.
