摘要
拉链已经成为纺织服装行业的重要辅料,拉链的防水性能评价是业界的难题。文中通过建立拉链抗冲击渗水性测试方法——多次喷淋法,对服装拉链进行防水性能评价。该方法结合具有防水功能的服装拉链在使用时的生产工艺制备试样,选择500 mL水量、600 mm喷淋高度作为标准进行检测,用试验室三级水喷淋试样,通过试样背面放置的吸水纸是否有水痕来评估拉链的防水性能,选取不同厂家拉链进行测试。结果表明:在相同测试条件下,防水拉链的防水性能存在很大差异。该方法简单有效,可作为拉链防水性能的日常评估方法。
Zipper has become an important accessory part of textile and clothing, but how to evaluate the waterproof performance of zipper has been a difficult problem in the industry. In this paper, the waterproof performance of zipper for clothing is evaluated by establishing the testing method of zipper’s anti-impact and permeability,which is based on the multi-spray method. This method combined with the production process of waterproof garment zipper to prepare samples, and selected 500 mL water and 600 mm spray height as the standard for testing. The lab water of level 3 was used to spray samples. The waterproof performance of the zipper was evaluated by whether there were water marks on the absorbent paper placed on the back of the sample. The results of the tests on the zippers of different manufacturers show that the waterproof performance of the zippers varies greatly under the same testing conditions. This method is simple and effective and can be used as a daily evaluation method for the waterproof performance of zippers.
