摘要
针对传统全开门襟拉链缝制加工过程中容易出现吃势不均、前片错位、止口宽窄不一等问题,在分析其工艺操作的基础上,从工艺设计、操作使用和加工效益入手,创新设计了全开门襟拉链缝制的专业模板工艺并与传统加工工艺对比,得出创新设计的专业模板具有很大优势,可使企业在生产加工过程中减少操作工序,生产加工时间同比缩短了近68. 6%,有效解决了传统生产加工过程中的瓶颈问题,产品返修率降低了90%。
In order to effectively solve the bottleneck problem in the garment process,shorten the processing time,reduce the staff's skill level and improve the quality of the product,an innovative professional process template was designed for the full open zipper garments processing.Based on the analysis of the process operation of the traditional clothing full open zipper,the innovative design was evaluated on process,operation and benefit.Compared with traditional process,the innovative design reduced working procedure in process,shorten the processing time by 68.6%,reduced the repair rate by 90% and effectively solved the problems in the traditional processing.
