摘要
采用工程中常用的混凝剂硫酸铝预处理麦草制浆造纸废水,主要考察工艺参数对色度去除的影响。结果表明,各影响因素的优化结果为:硫酸铝用量为1 g/L,混凝pH值为6.0,混凝转速为100 r/min,助凝剂种类为阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),CPAM用量为0.0875 g/L,脱色率为83.2%,好于臭氧脱色效果。
It was used to pretreat the wheat straw pulping and papermaking wastewater with the common aluminum sulfate coagulant,and the effect of process parameters on chroma removal was investigated using a single factor method of environmental engineering.The results show that the optimization results of each influencing factor are:the amount of aluminum sulfate is 1 g/L,pH is 6.0,the coagulation speed is 100 r/min,the type of coagulant is CPAM,and the amount of CPAM was 0.0875 g/L,and the decolorization rate was 83.2%,its decolorization rate is better than that of ozone.
