摘要
为促进区域经济与环境协调发展,推动经济结构的调整和经济发展方式的转变,引导造纸工业生产工艺和污染治理技术的发展方向,我国在2008午8月1日起实施新的制浆造纸工业水污染排放标准(GB3544—2008)。
From July 1, 2011, the discharge limit in the second stage of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Paper Industry GB3544-2008 will be implemented in the existing pulp and paper enterprises, which will be a severe challenge to the relative paper enterprises. The implementation of the second stage discharge limit will make the treatment with two-stage alone not reach the discharge standard, so the promotion of advanced treatment technologies for waste water is really urgent. Furthermore, the differences between the advanced treatment technologies for waste water in infrastructure investment, treating effect, running cost and secondary pollutant are very obvious because of the differences in raw materials, process facilities and products and so on. Therefore, CPPI will specially present a topic on advanced treatment technologies for waste water, in order to make the enterprises a comprehensive understanding for the present situation and development in advanced waste water treatment to help enterprises to plan earlier,take measures, less to avoid detours and to realize "green" sustainable development. The raletive experts, entrepreneurs, technicist are invited to summarize the main technologies and practical achievements for advanced waste water treatment from different aspects, to analyze and compare among different treatment methods on their merits and demerits. The new technologies and achievements from overseas applied to advanced treatment for waste water were also introduced.
