摘要
盾构工法由于不受河道、季节等条件的影响,具有对周围环境影响小、对复杂地质条件适应性强、施工安全快速等优点,已成为修建隧道的重要施工方法。在软硬不均地层、断裂带、大粒径卵石、孤石等复杂地质条件下的盾构施工中,很容易发生盾构机刀盘和切削仓结泥饼、滞排等问题,造成盾构刀盘、刀具的磨损和损伤,甚至产生大粒径石块卡住刀盘等一系列问题,严重影响了盾构的施工,因此开仓检查处理将变得更为频繁。但不同的地质条件适应不同的开仓方法,不同的工况开仓时会碰到不同的情况,因此总结了盾构开仓的重难点及解决办法,对盾构开仓方法选择与风险管控具有重要参考价值和指导意义。
Shield tunneling method,because of no limitation to rivers and seasonal conditions,little impact on the sur roundings,strong adaptability to the complex geological conditions,and safety for construction,has become an important method to build the tunnel.Non-uniform strata,fault zone,large size gravel stones,pebbles,and boulders will be en countered,which not only affects the quality of shield construction.However,it will injure the cutting wheel and the cutter,even large size stones stuck cutting whee.In these cases,inspection into the excavation chamber will become more frequent.Different geological conditions adapt to further opening the Shield Cabin methods,And opening the Shield Cabin in other geological conditions will encounter different situations.Therefore,the main difficulties and solu tions of opening the shield cabin are summarized,which has essential reference value and guiding significance in se lecting the suitable methods of opening the shield cabin and minimize the risk.
