摘要
我国的茶资源十分丰富,茶叶中富含茶多酚,具有良好的食用、药用等价值,开发前景广阔。目前茶多酚提取技术主要分为化学提取法、物理提取法、生物工程提取法和协同提取法四类。从不同提取技术的特点、优势和不足等方面进行了概述,以期为茶多酚资源的研究和开发提供理论参考。
The resources of China tea are very rich,and tea is rich in tea polyphenols,which has good edible and medicinal values,and has broad development prospects.At present,tea polyphenol extraction technology is mainly divided into four categories:chemical extraction,physical extraction,bioengineering extraction and collaborative extraction.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of different extraction technologies are summarized in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development,utilization and research of tea polyphenol resources.
