稠油电泵保护器技术改造升级降低躺井 被引量:2

Technical Transformation and Upgrading of Heavy Oil Electric Pump Protector to Reduce Lying in Well

摘要 电潜泵采油是塔河油田稠油油藏开采的主力军,随着稠油的持续开发,原油粘度增加、含水上升、能量下降,电泵运行工况日益恶劣,前期入井的电泵系统在新常态下频繁停躺,严重影响开采效益。基于电泵运行现状,对稠油井电泵失效问题进行剖析,通过将铜套改为专用硬质合金扶正套、优化保护器结构将呼吸孔引至上部稀油环境、保护器材质升级等措施,综合施策后轴断情况明显好转,运行寿命显著提升。 Electric submersible pump oil recovery is the main force of heavy oil reservoir development in Tahe oilfield.With the continuous development of heavy oil,the operating conditions of electric pump become worse and worse when the crude oil viscosity increases,water cut rises and energy decreases.The electric pump system in the early stage stops frequently under the new normal,which seriously affects the recovery efficiency.Based on the current situation of electric pump operation,this paper analyzes the protector failure of electric pump in heavy oil well.By taking comprehensive measures of changing copper sleeve into special carbide centralizer sleeve,optimizing the structure of protector,leading the breathing hole to the upper thin oil environment and upgrading the material of protector,the situation of shaft fracture is obviously improved and the operating life of pump is significantly extended.
