薄层低渗透断块稠油氮气分散降黏增产技术研究与应用 被引量:1

Research and Application of Technology of Reducing Viscosity and Increasing Production of Heavy Oil by Nitrogen Dispersion in the Fault Block Reservoir with Thin Layer and Low Permeability

摘要 针对薄层低渗透断块稠油油藏开采存在的油层厚度小、原油物性差、自然产能低等问题,开展了氮气在稠油中的溶解特性、微观渗流机理、氮气分散降黏吞吐效果等室内研究。研究表明,氮气的溶胀作用对稠油有一定的降黏效果,原油黏度越高降黏效果越好;降压开采中随着压力的降低,稠油会出现泡沫油流动形态,气泡为驱动稠油提供弹性能量,可以暂堵高渗通道从而产生液流转向;氮气分散降黏吞吐与氮气吞吐相比,各轮次采出程度均有提高。建立了G197断块地质模型,优化设计氮气注入量为40×103m3,焖井时间为7~10d。氮气分散降黏增产技术应用于G4-11井,措施后日增油量3t,日节约掺水量7.76m3,应用效果好。 In view of the problems of small reservoir thickness,poor physical properties of crude oil and low natural productivity existing in the exploitation of heavy oil in the fault block reservoir with thin layer and low permeability,the laboratory research on the solubility characteristics of nitrogen in heavy oil,micro percolation mechanism,viscosity reduction and huff-and-puff effect by nitrogen dispersion was carried out.The research shows that the swelling effect of nitrogen has a certain visbreaking effect on heavy oil.The higher the viscosity of crude oil is,the better the effect of viscosity is.With the decrease of pressure in the process of depressurization development,the foam oil flow pattern will appear in heavy oil,and the bubbles will provide elastic energy to drive heavy oil,which can temporarily block the high permeability channel and produce liquid diverting.Compared viscosity reduction and huff-and-puff by nitrogen dispersion with nitrogen huff and puff,the recovery percent of each round is improved.The geological model of G197 fault block was established.The optimized nitrogen injection volume was 40×103m 3,and the soak time was 7~10d.The technology of viscosity reduction and production increase by nitrogen dispersion was applied to well G4-11.After the measure,the daily oil increase was 3T,the daily water cut was 7.76m 3,and the application effect was good.
