摘要
管理学原理作为管理类学生的一门核心必修专业课,其教学方式与效果对学生的综合能力与专业素养的培养有着极其重要的影响。文章试图通过分析管理学基础课程的教学现状及存在问题,从提高综合学习能力转变学习方式、增加实践教学内容引导学生理论与实践相结合、改进教学方式丰富教学形式与手段等方面探索课程改革路径,以便更好地适应教学需求,提高教学质量,充分调动学生学习积极性,培养学生应用能力与综合管理能力,为社会输送复合型人才。
As a core compulsory course for management students,the teaching methods and effects of the Management Fundamentals course have an extremely important impact on the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability and professional quality.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the teaching of the course to explore the path of course reform from the aspects of improving comprehensive learning ability,changing learning methods,increasing practical teaching content,guiding students to combine theory with practice,improving teaching methods,and enriching teaching forms and methods.The purpose is to better adapt to the teaching needs,improve the teaching quality,mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,cultivate students'application-oriented ability and comprehensive management ability,and provide compound talents for the society.
