摘要
目的探讨妥布霉素地塞米松联合普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障术后炎症反应及康复的影响。方法将该院2018年6月—2019年12月接受白内障手术的120例患者随机分为妥布霉素地塞米松组、普拉洛芬组和联合组,每组40例,对3组患者术后血清hs-CRP水平、前房闪辉值及眼部症状体征综合评分进行评价,并记录高眼压发生情况。结果术后1周、术后1个月联合组血清hs-CRP[(13.78±6.13)mg/L、(5.78±2.61)mg/L]、前房闪辉值[(11.36±5.22)、(8.16±2.44)]及眼部症状体征综合评分[(2.96±0.93)分、(1.39±0.42)分]均较单药组显著减低[(17.68±6.71)mg/L、(7.59±3.07)mg/L,(16.52±6.44)mg/L、(7.24±3.13)mg/L;(14.31±5.43)、(9.58±2.67),(13.68±5.61)、(9.45±3.03);(3.59±1.22)分、(2.06±0.49)分,(3.52±1.24)分、(1.98±0.51)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗过程中均无高眼压发生。结论针对白内障术后患者,采用妥布霉素地塞米松联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,能进一步改善眼部临床症状体征及炎症反应,而并无明显的不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of tobramycin dexamethasone combined with pranoprofen eye drops on inflammation and rehabilitation after cataract surgery.Methods 120 patients who underwent cataract surgery in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into tobramycin and dexamethasone group,pranoprofen group and combination group,with 40 cases each group.The three groups were treated after surgery.Serum hs-CRP level,anterior chamber flash value and comprehensive score of ocular symptoms and signs were evaluated,and the occurrence of high intraocular pressure was recorded.Results Serum hs-CRP[(13.78±6.13)mg/L,(5.78±2.61)mg/L],anterior chamber flash value[(11.36±5.22),(8.16±2.44)]and the comprehensive scores of ocular symptoms and signs[(2.96±0.93)points,(1.39±0.42)points]were significantly lower than those in the single-drug group[(17.68±6.71)mg/L,(7.59±3.07)mg/L,(16.52±6.44)mg/L,(7.24±3.13)mg/L;(14.31±5.43),(9.58±2.67),(13.68±5.61),(9.45±3.03);(3.59±1.22)points,(2.06±0.49)points,(3.52±1.24)points,(1.98±0.51)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No high intraocular pressure occurred during the treatment of the three groups of patients.Conclusion For patients after cataract surgery,the treatment of tobramycin dexamethasone combined with pranoprofen eye drops can further improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the eye and the inflammatory response without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
