摘要
目的观察白内障患者超乳术后炎症应用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗的临床效果。方法临床资料方便采集该院2017年10月-2018年10月眼科行超乳术治疗的80例白内障患者,按不同治疗方案分两组,每组40例,对照组术后施予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,观察组术后施予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,比较两组眼部症状体征、眼压及眼内炎症反应情况。结果观察组术后1周、2周、3周、4周眼部症状体征总评分(2.71±1.23)分、(1.35±0.45)分、(1.20±0.45)分、(0.56±0.11)分均相比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.942 6、27.273 0、17.020 0、52.060 9,P<0.05);观察组术后1周、2周、3周、4周眼压(20.34±3.43)mmHg、(16.12±3.54)mmHg、(15.08±2.11)mmHg、(14.21±1.87)mmHg相比对照组均低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.633 6、5.362 9、4.824 0、3.559 0,P<0.05);观察组术后炎症缓解总有效率92.50%相比对照组77.50%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.265 3,P<0.05)。结论白内障患者超乳术后应用普拉洛芬滴眼液能有效缓解术眼炎症反应,减轻眼部畏光、疼痛等症状,降低眼压,效果良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of cataract patients with hyperemulsion.Methods Convenient clinical data were collected from 80 patients with cataract in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018.All the treatments were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was given tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops after operation.The observation group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops.The ocular symptoms,intraocular pressure and intraocular inflammation were compared between the two groups.Results The total scores of ocular symptoms and signs (2.71±1.23)points,(1.35±0.45)points,(1.20±0.45)points and (0.56±0.11)points were observed at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after operation.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.942 6,27.273 0,17.020 0,52.060 9,P<0.05);intraocular pressure (20.34±3.43) mmHg at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks after operation in the observation group (16.12±3.54) mmHg,(15.08±2.11) mmHg,(14.21±1.87) were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.633 6,5.362 9,4.824 0,3.559 0,P<0.05);observation group of the total effective rate of postoperative inflammatory remission was 92.50% higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.265 3,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pranoprofen eye drops after cataract surgery in patients with cataract can effectively alleviate the ocular inflammation,reduce the symptoms of eye photophobia,pain,and reduce intraocular pressure.
