摘要
目前,医学硕士专业学位研究生的培养内容和培养方式与住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)相衔接,在完成理论学习的基础上加强临床技能培养。同时,专业型研究生培养又区别于学术型研究生培养,在有限的时间内掌握临床技能的同时还需培养科研思维。科研源于临床,以解决临床需要为主要目的。影像医学专业型研究生需明确临床与影像相结合的重要性及必要性,打破学习固有模式,转变学习思维,充分利用网络教学平台,丰富理论知识。与此同时,需以临床为基础,深度挖掘科研问题,并加以实施,再服务于临床。实现临床与科研相融合,从而提高自身综合能力。
At present,the training contents and methods of medical master's degree graduate students are connected with the standardized training of resident doctors("standardized training"for short).They are required to strengthen the training of clinical skills on the basis of theoretical learning.At the same time,the training of professional graduate students is different from that of academic graduate students.It is necessary to master clinical skills in a limited time and cultivate scientific thinking.Scientific research originates from clinical practice and aims to solve clinical needs.Imaging medical graduate students should make clear the importance and necessity of combining clinical and imaging.Break the inherent pattern of learning,change the thinking of learning,make full use of the network teaching platform,enrich the theoretical knowledge.At the same time,based on clinical practice,the deep research problems should be explored,implemented and then served in clinical practice.To realize the integration of clinical and scientific research,so as to improve the comprehensive ability.
