摘要
烟草连作障碍问题在所有烟草种植区都普遍发生,而烟草根部产生的4-羟基苯甲酸等酚酸化感自毒物质是导致烟草连作障碍的主要原因之一.烟草根际土壤中存在能降解4-羟基苯甲酸的微生物.因此利用微生物降解4-羟基苯甲酸克服烟草的连作障碍,是提高烟叶产量行之有效的方法.
Continuous cropping barrier is a common problem in all tobacco-growing areas.All elopathic autotoxic substances produced by the root of tobacco plants,such as 4-hydroxybenzoic acid,are one of the main causes for continuous cropping barrier in tobacco cultivation.Microorganisms that can degrade 4-hydroxybenzoic acid exist in tobacco rhizosphere soil.Therefore,microbial degradation of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid is an effective method to overcome continuous cropping barrier in tobacco fields and improve tobacco production.
