鸡油菌多糖对小鼠有氧性运动疲劳恢复作用

摘要 为探究鸡油菌多糖在有氧运动中对一次力竭运动小鼠免疫系统的影响,为改善力竭运动引起的免疫功能低下做出评价。检测小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果表明,多糖提取中不同因素对鸡油菌多糖得率的影响程度为:浸提温度影响最大,然其次是液料比和浸提时间,鸡油菌多糖的最大得率为8.94%,所需浸提的温度为86℃,时间为2.1 h,液料比为20∶2。灌胃鸡油菌多糖4周后,对照组、试验低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组的小鼠肝脏SOD活性和GSH-Px活性明显高于糖尿病对照组的值(P<0.05),而肝脏MDA含量明显低于糖尿病对照组(P<0.05)。说明鸡油菌多糖可以提高小鼠机体SOD的活性,并抑制脂质过氧化作用。所以耐力运动结合鸡油菌多糖组的效果最显著,能够提高SOD活力和GSH活力,降低MDA含量。E组综合影响下的TG值为(0.95±0.33)mmol·L^-1,TC值为(8.24±0.91)mmol·L^-1,LDL-C值为(2.11±0.12)mmol·L^-1,其水平明显降低,HDL-C值为(1.42±0.21)mmol·L^-1,其水平显著提高,高脂血脂在注射鸡油菌多糖组和耐力运动的影响下显著降低。D组ApoB含量为(0.251±0.023)g·L^-1,ApoAl含量为(0.161±0.069)g·L^-1,含量降低;与A组对比而言,B组的ApoAl含量为(0.111±0.013)g·L^-1,明显减小,ApoB含量为(0.305±0.059)g·L^-1,水平明显增加(P<0.05)。通过耐力运动和注射鸡油菌多糖,可以提高机体抗氧化水平。 The effect of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharides on the immune system of rats after aerobic exercise and to evaluate the effect of aerobic exercise on the immune function of rats after exhaustive exercise were studyed.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in rat liver were measured.The results showed that different factors had the greatest influence on the yield of C.cibarius,followed by the ratio of liquid to material,the maximum yield of C.cibarius polysaccharides was 8.94%,the required extraction temperature was 86℃,the time was 2.1 h,and the ratio of liquid to material was 20∶2.After 4 weeks of gavage,SOD activity and GSH-PX activity in the liver of mice in the control group and the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups were significantly higher than those in the diabetes control group(P<0.05),while MDA content in the liver was significantly lower than that in the diabetes control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the polysaccharide could increase the activity of SOD and inhibit lipid peroxidation in mice.Therefore,endurance exercise combined with C.cibarius polysaccharide group had the most significant effect,which could improve SOD activity and GSH activity,and reduce MDA content.In group E,the values of TG and TC were(0.95±0.33)mmol·L^-1 and(8.24±0.91)mmol·L^-1,respectively,and the level of HDL-C was(1.42a±0.21)mmol·L^-1.The level of hyperlipidemia was significantly decreased under the influence of injection of C.cibarius polysaccharides and endurance exercise,and the level of LDL in group E was significantly lower than that in group E(1.42 a±0.21)mmol·L^-1,and the level of hyperlipidemia was significantly decreased under the influence of injection of C.cibarius polysaccharides and endurance exercise.The content of ApoB in group D was(0.251±0.023)g·L^-1,and that in group B was(0.111±0.013)g·L^-1,which was significantly lower than that in group A,while the content of ApoB in group B was(0.305±0.059)g·L^-1.Hyperlipidemia was significantly reduced under the influence of the glycosaminococcus lans injection group and endurance exercise.Through endurance exercise and injection of C.cibarius polysaccharide,the antioxidant level of the body can be improved.
