水泥改性沥青胶浆路用性能及微观机理试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了深入研究水泥填料改性沥青的优化性能,推进沥青材料在高等级公路路面中的广泛应用,降低沥青混凝土路面建设成本,试验选用填料与沥青质量比m c/m a为0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.8等6种比例制备掺入水泥(C)和矿粉(MP)填料的沥青胶浆,对其路用性能进行了基本指标测定、标准黏度测定、动态剪切流变测定、弯曲梁流变测定,利用扫描电镜和红外光谱仪对水泥改性沥青胶浆微观机理进行分析,评判水泥替代矿粉的可行性,得到水泥改性沥青胶浆的合理m c/m a比例。研究结果表明,选用水泥改性沥青材料,m c/m a在0.4~0.6范围时对沥青胶浆材料的抗剪强度,耐高温性能和抗车辙能力有较大幅度的提升,研究成果为水泥替代矿粉作为填料增强沥青混凝土路用性能的可行性提供了依据。 The purpose is to further study the optimized performance of cement filler modified asphalt,improve the extensive application of asphalt materials in high-grade highway pavement,and reduce the construction cost of asphalt concrete pavement.The asphalt mortar mixed with cement(c)and mineral powder(MP)filler was prepared by m c/m a(mass ratio of filler to asphalt)of 0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6 and 0.8.The basic index test,standard viscosity test,dynamic shear rheological test(DSR)and bending beam rheological test(BBR)were carried out for its road performance.Scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer were used to analyze the micro mechanism of cement modified asphalt mortar,evaluate the feasibility of replacing mineral powder with cement,and obtain the reasonable m c/m a ratio of cement modified asphalt mortar.The research results show that when m c/m a is in the range of 0.4~0.6,the shear strength,high temperature resistance and rutting resistance of asphalt mastic material are greatly improved.The research results provide a basis for the feasibility of using cement instead of mineral powder as filler to modify the performance of asphalt concrete.
