摘要
为了评价改性沥青的低温性能,对7种代表性改性沥青进行了测力延度试验,提取了粘韧性、拉伸柔度等试验参数,分析了改性沥青老化前后的拉伸特性及拉伸变化机理,并采用灰关联法分析了改性沥青老化前后各参数指标与沥青混合料弯曲蠕变速率和弯曲应变能密度的关系。结果表明:由测力延度得到的峰值拉力、粘韧性以及韧性试验参数在老化前后变化规律不一致,这些单一指标都难以全面反映改性沥青的低温性能;拉伸柔度在老化前后变化规律稳定,而且是影响沥青混合料低温弯曲蠕变速率和弯曲应变能密度的最显著因素,从而验证了拉伸柔度评价改性沥青低温性能的合理性。
In order to evaluate the low temperature performance of modified asphalt,seven representative modified asphalts were evaluated by force-ductility test.The toughness and tenacity,and tensile flexibility parameters were extracted,the tensile mechanism and characteristics were analyzed before and after aging.Grey relevant method is used to analyze the relationship of parameter indexes of modified asphalt before and after aging with bending creep rate and bending strain energy density.The results show that the change law of peak tension and toughness with tenacity parameters before and after aging in force-ductility test is inconsistent,the single index is difficult to overall reflect the low temperature performance of modified asphalt.The change law of tensile flexibility before and after aging in force-ductility test is stable,and it is the most significant factor influencing bending creep rate and bending strain energy density of asphalt mixture.The low temperature performance evaluation of modified asphalt by tensile flexibility is reasonable.
