劳动者技能溢价对居民消费的影响研究被引量：6

Research on the Impact of Labor Skills Premium on Residents’Consumption

摘要产业智能化催生了企业对高技能人才的追求,同时也形成了“机器换人”现象,不同技能劳动者供需变动拉伸了技能溢价,进一步通过收入分配和技能流动影响居民消费。本文利用工具变量法、系统GMM和三阶段最小二乘法,基于中国1995—2018年29个省份的面板数据,理论分析并实证检验了劳动者技能溢价对居民消费的影响程度和影响路径。结果表明:劳动者技能溢价的拉伸显著降低了当期和未来居民消费,收入分配和技能流动在技能溢价影响居民消费过程中起中介效应。因此,维持技能溢价合理性,均衡收入分配,适当调整技能劳动者的“进城门槛”,是避免劳动者技能溢价再度拉伸而降低居民消费,发挥消费对于经济增长基础性作用的政策取向。 Industrial intelligence has spawned companies pursuit of highly skilled talents,and has also formed a“machine substitution”phenomenon.Changes in the supply and demand of workers with different skills have stretched the skill premium,further affecting residents’consumption through income distribution and skill flows.The thesis uses instrumental variable method,system GMM and three-stage least squares method,theoretically analyzes and empirically examines the impact and path of labor skill premium on residents’consumption based on the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 1995 to 2018.The results show that the stretching of laborer’s skill premium significantly reduces current and future residents’consumption,and income distribution and skill mobility play an intermediary role in the process of skill premium affecting residents’consumption.Therefore,maintaining the rationality of the skill premium,balancing income distribution,and appropriately adjusting the“threshold for entering the city”of skilled workers are the policy orientations that prevent the skill premium from being stretched again to reduce household consumption and increase the basic role of consumption in economic growth.
