摘要
酵母菌和乳酸菌作为微生态制剂在动物生产养殖方面起着重要作用。两者因相互补充和优化生长条件,使其复合制剂在生产中的应用效果优于单独添加的作用效果。研究乳酸菌和酵母菌的互生机理对混合性发酵产品的质量控制、设计开发新型发酵产品和益生产品具有重要意义。
Yeast and lactic acid bacteria play important role in microecological preparations and production and breeding.Because of complement and growth condition optimization,the application effect of the compound preparation in production is better than that when the two bacteria are added separately,and the probiotic effect of the two bacteria can be fully expressed.Studying the interaction mechanism of lactic acid bacteria and yeast is of great significance to the quality control of mixed fermentation products,the design and development of new types of fermentation products and even probiotic products.
