摘要 针对综合管廊设备种类繁多、数量庞大、对外通讯协议复杂,且目前管廊运维的趋势为提前预测管廊内部问题,对风险提前进行干预避免故障发生等情况,文章提出了一种基于BIM与物联网技术的综合管廊设备运维管理系统,介绍了该设备运维管理系统的总体架构与关键技术。最后结合实际应用实例,验证了该系统的可行性和实用性,可实现综合管廊设备故障预测分析、智能管理,进而实现综合管廊的智能运维、智慧运维。 According to the wide variety,large quantity and complex external communication protocol and the current trend of utility tunnel management is to predict the internal problems of the utility tunnel in advance,and to intervene in the risk in advance to avoid the occurrence of failures,this paper advances an operation and maintenance management system of integrated utility tunnel equipment management based on BIM and Internet of Things technology,and introduces the overall architecture and key technologies of the equipment operation and maintenance management system.Finally,combined with the practical application examples,the feasibility and practicability of the system can be verified,and the fault prediction analysis and intelligent management of the integrated corridor can be realized,and then the intelligent and smart operation and maintenance of the integrated utility tunnel can be realized.
