摘要
本文介绍了多种较为成熟的管道内、外检测技术,包括漏磁检测技术、超声波检测技术、射线检测技术、涡流检测技术等内检测技术,以及皮尔逊测试法、多频管中电流法、直流电位梯度法、标准管-地电位测试技术、密间隔电位测试法等外检测技术,分析了各自的优缺点及适用情况,系统总结了我国管道内、外检测技术在实际工程应用中存在的问题,并探讨了其未来的发展趋势。
In this paper,the mature pipeline internal and external inspection technologies were introduced,such as magnetic flux leakage testing technology,ultrasonic testing technology,radiographic testing technology,eddy current testing technology,Pearson test method,multi frequency tube current method,direct current potential gradient method,standard pipe to ground potential test technology,close interval potential test method.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their application were analyzed.The related problems existing in the practical engineering application of internal and external pipeline detection technology in China were systematically summarized,and its future development trend was discussed.
