摘要
研究了某铀合金棒材表面镍锌复合镀层厚度的涡流检测方法。通过理论分析和试验建立了试验装置、确定了涡流检测工艺参数、研制了比对试样,并对检测精度进行验证。对正常生产阶段样品的检测结果说明,该方法对于镍锌镀层厚度为4~15μm的样品,检测精度达1μm。
The eddy current testing method for the thickness of nickel-zinc composite coating on the surface of a uranium alloy bar was studied.Through theoretical analysis and experiments,a test device was established,the technological parameters of eddy current inspection were determined,the comparison samples were developed,and the inspection accuracy was verified.The detection results of samples in the normal production stage show that the detection accuracy of this method reaches 1μm for samples with a Ni/Zn coating thickness of 4-15μm.
