摘要
地方应用型本科院校学生作为当代大学生的主要群体,有其不同于其他重点本科院校学生的特征,项目组通过问卷调查和访谈方式,了解地方应用型本科院校学生性格共性和就业能力特征,以及他们对能力认知的现状.通过实践教学和访谈方式了解地方本科院校人才培养模式现状和其存在的局限性,提出创新创业型人才的培养路径和方法.
As the main group of contemporary college students,local application-oriented undergraduate college students have their own characteristics which are different from those of other key undergraduate colleges.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the project team understands the general character and employability characteristics of local application-oriented undergraduate college students,as well as the status quo of their ability cognition.Through practice teaching and interview,we can understand the current situation and limitations of talent training mode in local undergraduate colleges and universities,and put forward the training path and method of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
