摘要
随着我国社会经济结构的不断转型以及互联网技术的发展,新就业形态已成为时下稳定就业形势的关键渠道,也是许多高校毕业生的合理选择。而新就业形态对人才素质要求较高,再加上现代饲料行业已成为农业经济结构的支柱型产业,饲料企业的发展也必将朝着绿色化、无公害化、标准化方向前进,因此需要大量高素质、技能型饲料专业人才。因此,为了满足新就业形态下市场对饲料专业人才的需求,高校需要提升饲料专业学生就业能力,文章首先对目前高校饲料专业学生就业能力不足的现状和原因进行分析,然后针对性提出提升饲料专业学生就业能力的有效路径。
With the continuous transformation of China's social and economic structure and the development of Internet technology,the new employment pattern has become the key channel to stabilize the employment situation at present,and is also a reasonable choice for many college graduates.However,the new employment pattern has higher requirements for the employability and quality of talents.In addition,the modern feed industry has become a pillar industry of the modern agricultural economic structure.The development of feed enterprises will also move towards the direction of green,pollution-free and standardization,which requires a large number of high-quality and skilled feed professionals.Therefore,in order to meet the market demand for feed professionals in the new employment situation,colleges and universities need to pay attention to the improvement of the employability of feed majors.The article will first analyze the current situation and reasons of the insufficient employability of feed majors in colleges and universities,and then propose effective ways to improve the employability of feed majors.
