摘要肺与脾生理病理关系紧密。生理上,脾与肺在五行中母子相生,它们共同维持机体气机升降出入,输布全身津液,它们经脉相联;病理上,脾与肺相互影响。病机上,饮食不节、痰湿内生、内外合邪、脾胃不和均影响到肺或脾,进而肺脾均病。临床上常见肺脾症状相兼出现的疾病,并且相互影响加重病情,西医对此没有很好的治疗方法。中医根据肺脾相关理论,治疗上采用肺脾同调的治疗原则,理肺时不忘补脾,补脾时还须理肺。经典名方四君子汤、补中益气汤、玉屏风散、麦门冬汤、参苓白术散、升降散均采用了肺脾同调的组方原则,疗效甚佳。本文将从中医肺脾相关理论出发为治疗肺脾相兼疾病提供新思路。 There is a close relationship between lung and spleen.Physiologically,the spleen and lung are born to each other in the five elements.Together,they maintain the ascending and descending of the body Qi and transport body fluid.Their meridians are connected.Pathologically,spleen and lung interact with each other.On the pathogenesis,improper diet,phlegm dampness endogenous,internal and external evil,spleen and stomach disharmony all affect the lung or spleen,and then both lung and spleen are ill.Clinical common lung and spleen symptoms of the disease,and mutual influence aggravate the disease,western medicine has no good treatment for this.According to the correlation theory of lung and spleen,the principle of treating both lung and spleen is adopted in traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Do not forget to replenish the spleen when regulating the lung,but also the lung when replenishing the spleen.Ancient classic prescriptions such as Sijunzi decoction,Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Yupingfeng powder,Maimendong decoction,Shenling Baizhu powder and Shengjiang powder all adopt the principle of concordance of lung and spleen,and the curative effect is very good.This article will start from the theory of lung and spleen of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas for the treatment of lung and spleen diseases.
