摘要
随着现代人的生活方式、饮食习惯的改变,虚寒型脾胃病的发病率逐渐攀升。敦煌医派代表李应存教授依敦煌《本草经集注》(日本卷·编号龙.530)诸病通用药中的“心腹冷痛”药组化裁拟定心腹冷痛方,长期在临床实践中运用此方,疗效显著。作者有幸跟随门诊学习,受益匪浅,特此总结李应存教授运用自拟心腹冷痛方治疗脾胃病经验,以飨同道。
With the change of modern lifestyle and eating habits,the incidence rate of deficiency cold type spleen and stomach disease has gradually increased.Professor LI Yingcun,according to the“cold pain in the heart and abdomen”of the common medicines in Dunhuang“collection of Materia Medica”(Japanese volume·No.Long.530),for the cold pain in the heart and abdomen formula,which has been used in clinical practice for a long time and has a significant effect.I have the honor to learn from the outpatient service and benefit a lot.I hereby sum up professor LI Yingcun’s experience in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease with the self-made Dunhuang Xinfu Lengtong prescription.
