不锈钢与低碳钢三丝共熔池焊接工艺及性能研究

摘要 利用不锈钢焊丝与低碳钢焊丝在三丝焊接平台进行三丝焊接,既解决了不锈钢与低碳钢焊接过程中的开裂现象,又发挥了不锈钢在耐蚀性和硬度方面的优势,其显微硬度高于低碳钢三丝焊接焊缝硬度,尤其当不锈钢焊丝位于中心位置时,其显微硬度平均值最大。耐蚀性实验证明含有不锈钢焊丝的异种三丝焊接焊缝无明显腐蚀现象,耐腐蚀性优于低碳钢三丝焊接焊缝。 Three-wire welding with stainless steel wire and low-carbon steel wire on three-wire welding platform can not only solve the cracking phenomenon during welding between stainless steel and low-carbon steel,but also give full play to the advantages of stainless steel in corrosion resistance and hardness.Its microhardness is larger than that of low-carbon steel three-wire welding seam,especially when the stainless steel welding wire is located in the center position,the average of its microhardness is the largest.The corrosion resistance experiment shows that the dissimilar three-wire welding seam with stainless steel welding wire has no obvious corrosion phenomenon,and its corrosion resistance is better than that of low-carbon steel three-wire welding seam.
